Repeatedly screw up orders. Only reason they are in business is because it's the only uniform shop on this side if the river. Worth the drive to go to Leon Uniform. Heros can't even spell the name of the business correctly. It's H E R O E S......

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with in all my life! DO NOT USE DO NOT USE DO NOT USE, I can't say it enough! They sent me the wrong 3 pocket top instead of the one pictured. When I called to complain I was put on hold for over 45 mins & given the run around on 2 different occasions. I was told they had no control of the arraignment & I could not get a refund. Never going again. I followed a few co-workers suggestions,went to Life Uniform & will do so from now on. P.S: This is Danny Suhendar. I live in San Diego. I do not recall buying anything from Heroes in Style. Nor I wrote this review. It truly do not know how this happened. Is my account being hacked? It is not fair for the company. I have never heard anything about Life Uniform either.

I ordered a uniform for Memorial Hospital security 11 days ago. I was told it would be ready by Christmas. I called today to see when it would be done. The woman I spoke to was rude and argumentative. I ended up hanging up on her after she told me I was a liar. If I could buy the uniform somewhere else I would but unfortunately this is the only place to get the uniforms. It is inexcusable to treat a customer like this. Expect outrageously high prices and poor customer service. This woman should never deal with the public but for all I know she is the owner.
