My wife brought the kids TaeKwonDo uniforms in to have badges sewn on. Big mistake. After several unreturned phone calls and being a week late, my kids got to sit out of class today. Wife finally went into the shop to pick them up and the badges were ruined/frayed at the edges. On top of that she was blamed for not calling to check status by the staff. Granted, she did not have to pay for the service, it was a bad experience, and now she has to cram getting new badges and getting the work done right into the already hectic schedule. I should add that the staff tried to blame it on cheap badges. Odd that none of the other dozen or so kids in the class had this problem, but it happened to both of our kids' uniforms... I'm a firm believer in the old 'happy wife, happy life' saying. If you want a happy wife, and need uniform work done, I recommend taking the business elsewhere.
I did not like the quality on the clothing they use for our team this year or their iron on patches
