Purchased a Technogym MyRun Treadmill in the end of April 2021 for the purpose of pairing it with Zwift. When it works it's amazing. Unfortunately it stopped working a few months after purchasing it. At first we thought there was a problem with the circuit and we had an electrician come to our house to install a dedicated circuit for the treadmill. But that didn't solve the problem. Per evaluation by a certified technician in November, the treadmill is defective, and requires a new motor to be installed. I'm still waiting for the part to be delivered to the technician for installment (it's been almost 2 months). Extremely frustrating for an alleged top-of the-line treadmill that cost more than $3,000!
