Staff was nice but the room situation was borderline unbearable. My problem wasnt sharing a room it was sharing a room with a baby that cried all the time. We felt like we couldnt make noise or watch tv because we were nervous to wake the baby. Our situation was not urgent and if the hospital was that busy they should have rescheduled our stay. Putting a screaming baby in the room where we were unable to leave for 24 hours was torture. I think there could have been other options or we should have been rescheduled.
Mostly had a good experience with signing in, seeing the doctor, and the process. The only thing that I did not like and I think Choc should look into is the sign out release, because even after having seen the doctor and gone through registration and payment, I was made to wait over an hour and a half to get staff to prepare paperwork for signing to get out. I ended up not signing, because I had to take care of things at home and left (so I honestly don't even know how much longer they would continue to make me wait).
