Very disappointed in the cost of postage and shipping time My parcel was extremely small and light, the cost was $20 shipping, not even express post? Too expensive
Spoke to someone on the phone for branding the food safe drums. Not helpful in the slightest and could only offer minimum 1,000 drums branded - the lady couldn't recommend anyone else to help with this. I don't understand why it's so hard for bigger companies to support small business.

We have used Packaging People for years! We use the Earth Bags as we are 100% compostable packaging business and never have any issues. Customer service is great and our customers love the look of the packaging. Would recommend :)
I've been purchasing packaging bags from this company since I first started my tea business 3 years ago. I was setting out on my organic tea business I was so confused as to what bags to buy. The ladies on the phone at the packaging people were and still are so incredibly helpful. I'm not an easy customer, super fussy and only want the best for my customers so I chatted for quiet a lot to these ladies to get the right packaging. I never once felt rushed or experienced any of the ladies getting flustered. They sent me samples free of charge and no postage on my end, that is very generous. I love that they offer free shipping over $100 spent, that makes the world of difference to a small tea business like mine. Keep up the amazing customer service and great prices.
After initially being super excited to purchase biodegradable packaging for my new business from an Australian supplier, I now find myself extremely underwhelmed. I was willing to look past the fact I was charged for shipping (after spending close to $200) although they advertised free shipping for orders over $100. Upon receipt of my order the bio-liners, which I need in order to package my product, were left out of the boxes. I emailed customer service and was told theyd be sent that same day. Its going on two weeks and Im yet to see my bio-liners and customer service hasnt gotten back to my latest email. Disappointing.
