I inquired on a vehicle that was advertised online. I never heard back after reaching out twice to them. It's sad as I was willing to pay more than the asking price. Not responding back to a potential buyer is unacceptable. I will never do business with. an unprofessional business. It appears they don't need my business. If they don't respond back to a potential buyer you probably won't hear back from them if your purchased a vehicle and have a problem or a question about the vehicle.

Got my first car from here at 18 years old and I wouldnt want to have gone anywhere else! The entire process was super quick and I probably wouldnt have got my car as fast if it wasnt for their determination to get me on the road(especially Jlo).

Worst car buying experience at Polonia. I purchased an automobile cash and the car ended up being a lemon. The owner tried to fix the issue and could not come up with a solution to fix the problem. He said he was going to find me a replacement of equal value or some what better as an apology for the lemon car. Instead he offered me a few cars that were in worse condition and with more miles than the car i originally purchased. (20,000 miles more than the car i originally bought) Not to mention the owner was having an argument with an employee as my kids and i walked into the office. What makes matters worse is the fact that the owner made it seem like I was an inconvenience to him for him selling me a junk car. Do your research and take your money elsewhere and save yourself the headache. Id give this dealer a zero star if it was an option.
