I responded to your other review left on your "mobile hut" Google user account as follows "After reviewing your service, your first scheduled appointment was actually the day before the appointment you mention above at 3 p.m. When we arrived at that time you were not home and said you could not be there until 4, you were an hour away (this after getting the alert a 1.2 hour before that were enroute). We rescheduled you for the following day's first appointment and did not charge you a cancelation fee for your no show. GPS shows our technician arrived at the next day 7:57 and began working at 8:03 a.m. We had made you aware of all the charges before we arrived and the access we required. You continually interrupted our technician once he was there and would not give him access to all the equipment he needed to see to evaluate the system's performance. After 45 minutes of trying to get through his diagnostic procedure with constant interference, our technician had no choice but to ask for additional time to continue the diagnostic and that does have a cost. I also notice, you did not mention without you asking we refunded your original $149 after your service and asked you not to call us in the future. We are sorry for these experiences when they occur, try to learn from them, how to avoid them, and do better next time."

Dont trust them they give you time but never show up you wait your all day for them . Very bad
Sorry way over priced. Tech came out diagnosed blower motor fail. So on the spot they quote me 1100. 800 for a 100 dollar motor and 300 dollars for a 50 dollar fan. I ended up doing the work including the 125 it cost for them to come out for under 300. For a job that only took a hour. Dishonest on the fan end of this job it didn't need to be replaced it just needed to be power washed. Country needs a good recession. People need to start looking at the material cost to determine if companies like this deserve to make hundreds of dollars a hour. Absolute Crooks.

Discovered that our heat pump was not sending power to the thermostat. I gave New Age a call and Eliza was able to send Austin to visit immediately (in the evening, too). He was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem in just a few minutes and showed me how to identify and fix it if it happens again in the future. Very happy with how quick and helpful they were.
I ask for estimate to Repair and guy came an give mi it and call me and wait in car 30 minutes and charge me for it $150 because I didnt answer him I just ask for diagnostic and estimate and they charge me $179 for it too Im working and cant talk with phone during my work I not accept it how they charge for waiting when Im not availability and didnt ask
