AVOID AVOID A SCAM BUSINESS. TAKES YOUR ECU AND PAYMENT AND DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO COMMUNICATE.DO NOT TOUCH the service has been non existent. I sent my ECU there months ago for repair. At first I received a few updates and then nothing. Despite numerous emails and phone calls not being answered I got a friend to track down some other phone numbers. I eventually spoke to Zack who promised me everything would be sorted quickly. I then received an invoice for 471.60 which I promptly paid on 21/7/22. Since then no phone calls or emails are answered and the ECU has not been returned. Please be careful when dealing with this company
Avoid at all costs for ecu repair. Although they quote 7/10 days turnaround, thats only from when they log it onto their internal system which wont be the day they receive it. Dont expect any communication from them with the outcome. They dont reply to emails or voicemails. When I did manage to speak to someone ( thank goodness for redial) I got fobbed off . Hadnt found any fault but charged me 125 instead of 75 theyd quoted. Wouldnt rebuild the ecu (a process that takes another couple of days and a drying process of 8 working hours apparently cant dry at night) until payment was made. Tbh the unit doesnt even look as if it has been dismantled, all the grubby engine marks around it are still on it. Ended up with a van off the road for a full 5 weeks. Unfortunately once they have the ecu you are totally at their mercy and despite what they may say about getting your vehicle back on the road ASAP they really couldnt care less , theres nothing you can do about, and they know it. Words to describe this company do not exist in the English dictionary
Hello Michael I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the experience you had using our services. We take customer feedback very seriously and I'd like to take a moment to explain matters as I feel there was some miscommunication in this case. You originally called us and provided a part number for testing/repairing a seat ECU. We advised that we do test/repair them and that the cost was 250-350 +Vat for that particular unit and on this basis, you sent it to us. The unit arrived damaged - our team took photographic evidence of the damage to forward to you. We then proceeded to search the part numbers from the unit in our database and it came up with a price of around 495 +Vat. My colleague called you to relay this information and you explained to him that you had been quoted a much lower price from us prior to sending it in. We checked the call recording and did confirm the lower quote and very quickly found where the problem was - our systems were updated that month with the latest pricing on 1000s of product part numbers and in this case, whilst one of the corresponding part numbers had been updated with the lower price, the other part number was still reflecting the higher price. We called you straight back to confirm the same but by this point, you had understandably lost faith in our company and wanted to have the unit returned. Furthermore, regarding the damages to the unit in transit, we took evidence of the damage to the connector so that you could raise a claim with the courier if necessary but we had no intention to charge you any extra because of it. I can see from the job notes that after a phone call the following Monday explaining the miscommunication, you did eventually have the repairs carried out by our team, who also successfully repaired the damaged connector at no additional costs. I can see the unit was heavily water damaged and extensive repairs were carried out to rectify the damages. The unit was tested before and after repairs to confirm full functionality was restored, prior to returning the unit to you. We sincerely apologise for the miscommunication and hope that you're now happy with the final repairs completed to your unit. If you get a chance, we'd love to get some updated feedback from you. AVOID THIS COMPANY Rang company regarding Ecu repair to a unit from my bentley seat control unit . Spoke to polite helpful young man , told yes we can repair 250 -possibly up to 350 Or 90 if we cant repair . I packed the unit very carefully in bubble wrap 4 layers and in bubble envelope package ,also put tiny marks on unit to identify it as mine . Sent unit off , following morning got a call from somebody unknown 497.00 plus vat also told unit by plug connector broken . Was very angry firstly at cost and also I knew how I had put about 6 layers of bubble wrap . Told them cost wrong and impossible for damage there . I was being set up for more costs ! and accused of lying . They decided to listen to telephone recordings and telephone me back . Asked them to send my unit back as I will not have these disgraceful company do anything for me . Even then they want to con me with very expensive postage .
