Don't expect Quick service. Arrived at 7am was 3rd in line for a tire replacement and out at 11am. But wait, drove two blocks only to discover tire tech couldn't be brothed to check the air in all tires, so had to return. To add insult the tire tech left the interior dirty with dirty glove marks and didnt even clean the replaced tire. Upon return it was dicovered had the tech done his job completly the first time would not have to return the next day for the job to be completed, which could have been addressed and solved upon the origina visit. Limited staff in these times is not an excuse for poor workmanship and training. Yes, the Service Dept manager was spoken to and received the usual customary BS, but never the words we errored. p.s. Customer service in all areas of Earnhart on Orchid over the last couple of years has taken a deep dive IMHO.

Oil change was a bit pricey and the team doesnt communicate very well. Called ahead to make sure I could get my car done, they said yes, drove over and was greeted by a man outside who said they couldnt do it. Explained I called ahead to make sure and proceeded to argued with me about it. The ladies at the desk said they could get a oil change done because I was not doing anything else to my car. It took over 1.5 hrs of waiting to get my car back, so why you wait you can watch TV that plays the same thing over and over in a hue of purple. *** Update*** The Office manager called to talk about my experience, I did tell her everything I went through. She apologized and said the young man was new and that she will continue to train her people based on this experience. She did offer to pay for my next oil change, but I live 1300 miles away so theres that. She did also ask I change my star rating so I did. Only because the front desk ladies were nice and friend and Lana did take time out of her day to call me.

Wait times can vary which is understandable . Waiting room has water, coffee and snacks available which is nice

Well I was thoroughly disgusted. Not only I made the appointment over a week out but when I brought my car in for my appointment and waited for 2 hours then they proceeded to tell me they don't have the part and have wasted my entire day. Not a good way for customer service.
