Very poor outfit. Dishonest, slow service. They use the cheapest parts they can source even for premium brand vehicles. Fail to fix simple issues. Avoid!

Unfortunately on the day you booked in we had some mechanical issues with one of the ramps, we called to notify you of the issues at the earliest time Possible, we did have you re booked and we believed you would be using our drop box on the Saturday to leave the vehicle and the keys, apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

My vehicle was booked in for electrical diagnostic - new battery running flat. Took ten minutes to tell me to come back and leave for half a day, nearly arrived at the garage in the allotted day Friday and time only to receive a phone call to cancel due to broken hoist and staff shortage. Told to come back Saturday. Arrived Saturday garage closed, tried to call no one answered and left a message on answering machine. No communication back was ever received. Disgraceful and appalling way to treat customers. Give these people a wide berth. The reply received is incorrect there was no key drop off box as indicated in the reply that I could see or was previously advised about and they didnt a give reason as to why they didnt reply to the message that I left on their answer machine. Therefore the fact remains that I advise other potential customers to give this set up a wide berth.

I would not hesitate to recommend BRS Automotive to anybody, they had trouble locating the part for my Santa Fe but would not let the vehicle go until they were a 100% sure it was ready, staff are so helpful and friendly, will be taking my car back there for future work, thanks guy's

If we could review customers it would be a 1 star review in return - businesses AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You came to you us once and were happy enough with the work you came back. You requested a courtesy car and we agreed to meet you outside of hours to collect. We waited and you didnt show. You then accused US of inconveniencing you and not being there but you didnt get out of your car or come into the building, just decided we looked closed (it was 7am!) and drove off, without trying the door! No apology, it was apparently our fault. The wipers failed on the courtesy car - completely unforeseen circumstance and very unfortunate. We were very apologetic and brought your van back to you ASAP. Despite the apologies and assuring you your vehicle would be returned ASAP you were exceptionally rude and unpleasant to our staff - as we advised you our calls are recorded. When our tech arrived with your van you said you didnt feel you should have to pay your bill because because of the inconveniences wed caused you. We went to clean the courtesy car the following morning & discovered the passenger footwell full of rubbish. When asked about this you claimed it was nothing to do with you. We advised wed look at dash cam footage - suddenly you remembered some of it was yours. Due to your behaviour towards our staff and lack of respect for a FREE courtesy car we advised you were no longer welcome at the garage. You then accused us of planting the rubbish so we didnt have to complete work on your van. Work was already compete but you needed further replacements, that you expected as good will, because of all the inconvenience youd suffered. You are not welcome back at the garage, we hope you learn to treat other business and their employees with more respect that you were able to show us.

Work not completed. Very, very poor courtesy car...speedo and wipers did not work (in the rain)!!! Accused me of leaving courtesy car full of rubbish and in poor state of repair...this was simply not true, not even slighty, however, I cannot prove this)!! I refused to pay for my vehicle until it was returned because I had lost all trust and belief in them. Will never use this 'service' again. In response to BRS allegations...utter rubbish, complete lies and baloney. I will not comment any further, I am happy in the knowledge that I have be just open and honest. There are no further words to describe the service received or explain my astonishment at their version of events.
