When i needed to remodel my office, I was recommended this company. I reached out to them, and spoke to Roland (owner) and am very pleased with how upfront, honest, and clear he was with the company's fees and approach to getting the job completed. I decided to give it a try, and i am very ecstatic with the service and final product. My office looks great after the remodel, and thanks Roland for asking your staff to do the cleaning at the office...patients have noticed! Real Quality By Design has responded to all of our property improvement needs, and theyve done so in a timely manner to our exact satisfaction! Communication was always consistent and what was promised was delivered. They recently redid our entire patio, as we prepare to put our townhome on the market. Their work has instilled more confidence in our home value. Prior to that, we had a leak that damaged a significant amount of our ceiling. They not only repaired it, but they were somehow able to replicate a very specific and difficult texture, so that it was consistent with the rest of it. Dont waste time on other GCs. Go with these guys!

Mr Ruiz was recommended to us by our insurance salesperson and thank goodness that he was! We had terrible water damage in two rooms and he and his team got it back to brand new. Better than new, I loved the new carpet, paint, and improved baseboards that were installed. Truly, what was most important to us more than just the house. It's honestly just the way he does business. He is really responsive, upbeat, positive, punctual, respectful of your time and space. It was holiday time and he was able to fit us in schedule , even around his planned vacation. He knew how to work well with insurance and deductibles.
