We have been Cloud9 users since 2016, converting from a server-based orthodontic system. Since moving fully over to their HTML version, there is little to complain about. The scheduling and financial tabs are solid, with a decent imaging integration. There are a few minor quirks with label printing and creating custom reports, but even a computer novice-or clinical staff in a pinch- can learn the basics to make appointments and read treatment notes with little problem. We will also say that both the integration team and customer service have always been stellar, hence the 5 stars.

We switched over to Cloud 9 in 2019 and we've never looked back. It's web based and we love that our transition was very easy, it run's faster, and the staff at Cloud 9 is awesome whenever we need help! We are loving Cloud 9!
