They dont listen! They just did what they wanted because they feel superior than the costumer. Zero understanding of costumer service with an arrogant demeanor. There are plenty of great stylists in Chicago, this is not one of them.
I made an appointment here for 2:30pm, they asked that I arrive early. I arrived at 2:25pm. They let me know the stylist was a bit behind and would be a few minutes late. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I asked to see a different stylist, maybe one who would be available sooner. They told me the stylist was wrapping up and that I only had to wait "a couple more minutes". At about 2:45pm I decided, even if she saw me right then, I wouldn't have time for a 15minute cut because I had to be back at work. So I left. I felt my time was wasted, they could have told me she was 15 minutes behind schedule and I would have rescheduled without issue. Instead they allowed me to wait 20 minutes and continued to lie about the availability of the stylist. I would have given a 1, but honestly, I ultimately didn't get to experience a haircut, so that would be an unfair rating.
