Dear Mr Matt Dunn Ita the Google Ads that is showing our ad to you when yoi search anywhere in London even sometimes in Scotland and Wales. Because we did not have a fitter close by we had to subcontract it. As you are aware Google Ads charge as for cpc so we have to cover our costs bu subcontracting. We provided you the service within the time frame ane thr price we agreed. I hope you understand our situation on this matter. The most important thing is to get the job done ASAP which we have.

Called them as there maps locations said they were close and and then quoted me 170 for one tyre but didn't send there own guys just out but to sub it out and then charge me 40 for the phone call and when the guy turned up said that he would have done it for less and then had to pay the remaining 130 pounds feeling me ripped off and taken advantage of as I was near a garage if you wanted to use a tyre fittings service I'd definitely go back to the guy that come out to help me jsp tyres

So sory for your bad experience with us. Your recovery was from the police impound and they did not allow us to carry the recovery on the usual track that we normally use because you car had no keys and was not rolling. So we had to send a bigger truck and therefore the extra cost per miles was applied. When you called to speak to the person who dealt with you Mr Abdul was not available because he was on a holiday and we could not get through him. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

Do not trust this company's high reviews, they just take a fee and outsource the recovery jobs to other companies who then ask for more money. We were quoted and agreed upon a price for a recovery and even confirmed with them that the price was final and there would be no further charges. On the day of the recovery, a different company called us and told us they would be doing the recovery and there would be a charge per mile on top of the original price. We were forced to agree to the fees because we needed the job done at that day and had already paid a large deposit with Road Buddy. After paying the deposit we couldn't get in touch with the person at Road Buddy as the person who answered the phone would not let us speak to him.

Dear Mr Paul When we quoted you it was 9:12 and you transferred the deposit at 9:45 after almost 33 minutes, obviously we can not keep a fitter on standby for you for so long, but still I manged to send you a fitter and he was getting to you at 11:12 but we still do understand why you canceled the job. The fitter was driving from another location to you and he had to drive almost 80 minutes to get to you but somehow you changed you mind and could not even wait for 12 minutes

They gave me a quote 220 to change tyre in Deptford, they said they were based in Deptford, they are not, they said pay 60 upfront deposit before we come out, i paid 60 at 9.45am and we will be with you at 11am, no one turned up at 11.10am they text and say driver is 12 minutes away, i didn't believe them. They have not refunded my money, they have no terms and conditions on their website, no complaints procedure, no recourse for bad service. I waited until 11.40am but still no one arrived
