One of the worst experiences with any management company and I've only been a tenant for a month. They have poor customer service, especially the manager Morris. He is very sarcastic and leaves you with no feeling that the matter would be taken care of. I had to delay my move in date because they weren't quick enough to prep my apartment. After they did, they had their contractors take the garbage that was in my apartment and place it in my front yard. According to the city of Jersey City all garbage must be put on the curb and furniture such as mattresses must be wrapped in a plastic. Besides the sealed bags, nothing was properly handled. I had called them to get this issue resolved and I was told, directly from Morris, that it would "probably" be handled. Date of that conversation was May 16th. My experience with this company is utterly disgusting.

Sorry that you feel this way we are already 20+ years in business and we keep trying to make every one satisfied, even when its very hard for us (and there will always be tenants not happy even we try our best), the office said clearly that they worked very hard for you to make sure that your move works out, they cant even believe that after working so hard with you this is your feeling back to them.... but thanks anyway for bringing this to our attention and we will try next time to do batter even in this hard times during covid, enjoy your new stay and we wish you a healthy and wealth life...

They asked me to write a good review, and I told them I would give them an honest review. This management is the most unprofessional, lazy and inconsiderate company I have ever lived under. Here is my experience:I decided to break my lease November 2020 because of roommate conflict & Trust Management said that as long as I found someone to take over the rest of my lease I was free to break the lease. My ex roommates demanded a list of over 10 characteristics they wanted in a person & time was ticking so I called management which confirmed that the lease was legally mine. I found a potential tenant who got APPROVED and could have moved in mid November, but my ex roommates threw a fit.They threatened management that if they did not approve of the person moving in, they would not renew their leases come Jan 2021. That tactic was not surprising to me knowing them, but what appalled me the most was that management sided with them even though it was LEGALLY MY LEASE!! In my own personal experience I found at least half a dozen people with stable jobs during a pandemic to take over my lease, so come Jan I could have easily found someone to take over their leases. The fact the leasing office and other management people I talked to sided with them on that matter points to the fact that this management is extremely lazy. So I had no choice & despite the fact that I successfully found someone to take over my lease, I had to pay rent for Nov because the person my ex roommates approved of wouldnt be able to sublease until Dec. I was cheated & this is the most uncalled for & absurd situation I have ever been a part of in regards to management. When I tried to contact the owner or a male I could speak to I was not able to, because they tracked my emails and my phone calls. Again, as a tenant I have the right to speak to the owner or the top management and could not, so shame on you cowards. The apartment was in a run down area & had a high turnover rate so maybe management became numb to new tenants needs & sided with the loyal ones more often, but it still doesnt make it okay. Also, shortly before I left I found out that my ex roommates & I were paying more rent than we were supposed to, for months. Although for me it was a minimal amount & I did get my money back, their favored tenant who had resided there for over 4 years was owed hundreds. As a managing company is it YOUR duty to inform tenants when rent is lowered or heightened. We should not have had to find it out ourselves. Overall, this management is lazy, inconsiderate, a pushover and extremely unprofessional. Bottom line: I do not care what your excuse is, a tenant is a tenant & should be treated with dignity & respect, especially when it comes to finances. The fact that I had to PAY rent for Nov even though I found someone who was APPROVED, shows just how unprofessional & inconsiderate you are. I will never rent from Trust Management ever again if I can help it & I urge you to think twice before you decide to rent with this management. If you are in an upper class area then maybe theyll respect you more, but as for me all I experienced was disrespect. So please, be careful, choose wisely. Instead of one star, I wanted to initially give this company zero stars but decided a half star would fit better. They deserve half a star because they allowed me to break out of the lease & get my full deposit back as long as I found someone to sublease my place. They were also accommodating when it suited them. Hence I would give them a half a star review but Google Review will not let me. Ill try to find other review sites I can hopefully post this on as well.

Unprofessional. I confirm everything said earlier in previous comments, in particular about this Nathan. The guy is totally unreliable: he does not show up when he sets appointments, he does not reply your calls, and some of your issues will never get fixed. This company made me waste a lot of time and energy because of their lack of professionalism. Currently am still waiting to get my deposit back 51 days after i vacated the premises.
