Hi Alan ... So glad you're a fan of the first pair you received. They are 5* Pants. We have sent out updates regarding orders but it appears that you have not received it. You can contact us directly for an update. Without more information we cannot look up your order. Payment is taken at the time of purchase as our system can authorize charges for up to 14 days. Since pre-orders are 8 weeks, we need to take payment right away. Our team is working to increase capacity and we are working through our fabric upgrade delay from earlier in the year. 1000 pants are shipping each week now that we are at full production.

I ordered my pants in mid February. They charged my credit card immediately for the full payment. 2.5 months later I have still not received my pants, or any update on their status. They should not bill me if they are not able to ship promptly. I have asked them for a full refund, and filed a dispute with my credit card company. This is not the way to run a legitimate business. If you are having problems with production/deliveries: 1) don't take our money up front, 2) send us status/updates On the brighter side, this is my 2nd order because my first pair of security cargo pants are great. I wore them exclusively during a recent trip to Singapore, Indonesia, and Australia. Felt very safe/secure and did not have any problems. I have an upcoming trip to Russia and wanted the 2nd pair as back up/alternative. I guess that won't happen.

Hi Jak... I am the owner of Clothing Arts. Sorry you are unhappy, with your shirt. It is a deep olive color and does have a lot of grey tones to it. If it is still unworn, we would be happy to offer you a refund. Regarding your shorts, they were a 3/16 pre-order. I am sure my team explained this. It is 4/4 and we would have shipped them in 2 week. Our new generation material was delayed at the mill, which pushed back deliveries for everyone. Without fabric, we couldn't create your shorts, it is as simple as that. Our Nylon is made in one of worlds largest mills in Taiwan and the Travel Editor of the Chicago Tribune has reviewed them very faborably. Again, sorry it is not to your liking, nylon is not for everyone.

Avoid this company unless you want to finance strangers for nothing. waited 4 months to get 1 of the 4 items I ordered. And the color was not the one I ordered. The other 3 were cancelled because it was clear that they would never deliver the merchandise. I just hope these guys close down. They are a shame to the US clothing industry. They never answered my demand to exchange the shirt for the color I ordered. So I am stuck with this shirt that the color is not at all what I like. By the way, this material is totally synthetic, made in India. Very cheap material, I tried the shirt and a button fell off after about 2 minutes. Had my wife sew it back on. To conclude I would say avoid this company by all means.

After I purchased two pair of pick pocket proof for our travels, my wife decided she would try the lady's pants and see how she liked them. Using the measuring charts provided she ordered one pair and found them to be one size too big, so she returned them for the smaller size and ordered a second pair in another color. I would say that both the men's and women's pants are generously cut and we opted for the smaller size when we fell between sizes. The staff was great working with us to get the sizing correct and make the exchange as effortless and as quickly as possible - - thanks! We both love the fit, style, and functionality of these pants and cannot wait to return to an active travel schedule.

I love the pants, but perhaps the company more!. Before a trip to France, my wife and I ordered pants and shorts. There was a back order. While the pants arrived the shorts did not. Since it was record breaking heat in all of Europe, I did not wear the pants; the size was 34'x30, which really was to large. Clothing Arts accepted the pants for an exchange and offered a discount for the purchase of future shorts, bc the other pair didn't arrive on time. Who could ask for more!?!

Hi John ... we received your email over the weekend and service will be getting back to you shortly. Since we are closed on weekends emails can take two days to all be answered. You should have received a pre-shipment notice as your pants are arriving from production now. They were delayed to the end of July shipment which is quite large and clearing this weekend. Your pants will be at your door by the end of next week. Please update your review once you get to travel with your new pants.

I ordered a pair of pants back in early April and they charged my card. It's been four months and still no pants. I'm not sure this company exists anymore as they haven't responded to my latest email. Not good customer service. Buyer beware! If you order from them expect to wait a very long time!
