Bought a car from them on April 18,2020 ..One month later breaks started acting up , I called them and it took me forever to finally have someone make an appointment to bring it to their mechanic. I got informed that break pads and rotors are not on the warranty , ok fine , I still wanted to bring it in to have what needed to be fixed that is covered under the warranty,so I bring my car to their mechanic (which is 35 minutes away from me) only to be told that they can't do it today you will have to come back next week .I said fine I will go to my mechanic .My mechanic looked at it and said it's the wheel bearings and they are so bad it's clear they went before you bought the car and it never should have passed inspection let alone they never should have sold you the car like this ... needless to say I will never be buying a car from them ever again

Low pressure used car purchasing experience. They had a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing for my son. When we showed up, they greeted us and asked that we let them know if we wanted to test drive any of the vehicles they had. We walked around checking out some of the other cars they had on the lot. My son liked the car we went to look at and wanted to test drive it. They made a copy of my license and off we went. We asked if we could bring it to our mechanic to check it out. MAG actually encouraged it and let us bring it about 15 miles away. Once everything checked out, we brought the car back, wrote them a check and we drove away with the car. They did everything else, once I got the insurance paperwork. The easiest purchasing experience Ive had. And a really nice car at a good priceand I searched for weeks!

How would like to visit a place where you go inside and you are not greeted by the sales staff. Your interested in a car that was on the website only to find that the car has 2 flat tires, and the engine light come on while the car sounds like its going to explode? Unbelievable that anyone would come to Mags to purchase a car. The two so called sales guys were totally uninterested in making any sales at all. Mags must be doing very well for the sales people Not to come out and see if I was interested in any thing. Absolutely horrible customer service. If i owned the place and witnessed how the customers were treated the so-called sales guys would be fired. You ask if I would recommend Mags Auto, I think you know the answer to that. Whatever happened to Anthony? He was such a great person. He at least showed interest and was willing to help the customer.
