Good Morning, we are very sorry about all the confusion this morning, but the vehicle details that were provided were wrong, the vehicle booking was for a vauxhall astra, but the vehicle itself was a mini cooper, and at the time of confirmation yesterday, it was arranged for the vehicle to be dropped off at 9 am, and the M.O.T Booking slot was for 10 am. Unfortunately due to the language barrier, there was some confusion as you asked to wait whilst the M.O.T Test was done, which was offered after we rectified all the booking details for the mini, and we did offer to do the test whilst you waited, but it was declined. We are more than happy to do perform an M.O.T Test for you this afternoon if you wish, and as a goodwill gesture, offer you a discounted test. We have not scammed you in any way, as no service was performed, and no money was paid to us by yourself. Please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you. Dear Mr Faheem, (LX64 FVC) Toyota prius you came to us for a wolverhampton taxi MOT Test, as a first time ever customer, you had a fire extinguisher that was 3 years out of date, and half the capacity legally allowed for taxi use vehicles and a first aid kit that was inadequate for public use in case of emergency. You were charged 50.00 for the test itself, and we did not charge you for the retest. Repair immediately (major defects): Front Headlamp aim too low osf and nsf (4.1.2 (a)) Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories): Nearside Rear bumper slightly scratched,advise Front first aid kit has equipment missing,expired 2018 Front fire extinguisher 500gms,should be at least 1kg,expired 2018 Nearside Rear Mudguard insecure advise () Offside Front Non obligatory mirror damaged advise () Offside Rear Brake pad(s) wearing thin advise (1.1.13 (a) (ii)) Nearside Rear Nail in tyre advise () This is the failure list. I took my car here as couldn't get in anywhere else needed a m o t. As a key worker I seriously need my car. They fitted me in no problem the guys were all great and helpful I would recommend this company to anyone very polite helpful definitely go there again. Thanks guy's.

I booked in for a wheel alignment and said I would drop my car off and confirmed the 8:30am opening time on the phone. Arrived this morning at 8:30 waited till 8:42 but still nobody was in. I had to leave to get to work. Used the garage a few years ago, found it to be generally good but quite pricey so stopped using it. I wont be back.
