Very bad lied about alot in the office The tour of Makkah was absolutely useless they gave us a bus with blanked out windows and then they asked as took look to the left out of the window and look to right obviously we can see anything so we complained to the one of the leaders and the reply was don't worry about did nothing at all we paid for the tour part of hajj package which cost more that 5000. The food was hurrendus we were given dry chicken with skin on and no flavour dried up rice in mina I actually got I'll from this food. Then they took us to a place called Azizya the place was terrible in a room the size of a clorset they out in four beds absolutely foul with cockroaches everywhere no facilities such as a kettle and other things if you out bags in the room they would be no space to even walk you would have to walk on the beds to get to yours. They wanted us to stay like Romanians you see on TV cramped in to one room. When we complained they said this is one of the best places around here. We left there me my brother and sister and went to a place called wazzan hotel much better I would recommend you stay at wazzan hotel. Over all they ripped us off pocketed they money if you would like to get scammed or treated unfairly go with Sadat travel I would not recommend this at all another thing is if believe in the quran and sunnah please don't go with this group they are biddatis my miles they want you to dua through the dead sahabas graves for your prayers to be excepted the place where they told ever one to hold there hands up and do this directly bon the other side it's confirmed it's biddah meaning blasfamy it's prohibited and haram going with this group will take you out of Islam PLEASE DO NO GO WITH THIS GROUP IF YOU WANT TO BE A TRUE MUSLIM I can go on and on any questions please message me

Appalling and overrated reviews Wouldn't recommend I admit the younger boys like Awais are helpful but the senior leaders have an attitude problem They have their favourites to look after I would give them a 0 star rating Sorry but it's what I felt They need to improve their standards of service and not make people feel neglected Elder 3 shahs have serious attitude problems If things don't go according to their plans they block your number how disgusting Grow up please They have no empathy for people This is my personal experience They make you feel intimadated scared and worthless In my personal experience something trivial happened I apologised so many times but they still blocked my number Wow how professional Keep it up If you ever do go and decide to visit them they would literally walk out on you . I have had a very disgusting and hurtful experience....

Alhamdulillah I went to the blessed lands for the first time, under the guidance and leadership of Molana Syed Usama Shah Sahib Bukhari. Shah Sahib helped us every step of the way and gave informative and emotional speeches at all the Ziyarats. Shah Sahibs brilliant hospitality made this a trip I will never forget. I would definitely recommend Sadat Travel for all your Hajj and Umrah trips for a 5 star service. May Allah Taala bless Shah Sahib and their whole team and give them tawfeeq to carry on their brilliant work Aameen.
