Dear Aillll, Thank you for your valuable review and sorry that you had an unpleasant experience at my business place . I do care about our clients and always trying the best ! In our team meetings we always talking about how important customer service is. Its a shame that this time we have failed to be professional and kind . I walked in as a new Enquries and could not see anyone who can help, then Ive realized they were all sitting on their phone and lab top where costomer sits. One of them said how can I help, I was shocked why the costomer is asking me while I was waiting for someone from the salon to come and help. Anyways it was one of them workers and she was on her phone texting while she was asking to help me She did not look into my eyes and did not make me feel welcomed and special as a new costomer. I was shocked how can she be on her phone constantly texting and not answering my Enquries professionally. I really would like the owner to pay more attention into this. Is not professional nor polite workers to sits where costomer sits and they be on their phone. The blond type young short green eyed girl Who was dealing with me was so unprofessional , immature and rude kind of ... She just wanted to get rid of me and did not bother to help nicely and grab me as a new costomer and make sure Im all booked but she didnt care as Im sure the Bussiness is someones elses ... She was keep saying take the leaflet and let us know when you need but I was keep asking her to see when there is slot to book me and she was keep ignoring as she wasnt focused on me because she had to reply to her texting and could not miss that while she was talking to Me. I was already put off by then and thanked them politely and left. Im a medical professional and costomer care is the most important thing for me. This message is for the owner.: never leave your Bussiness under some young immature unprofessional girls who they are not there to grow your business rather being the reason to losing new costumes .. I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel welcomed and special. Thanks for reading
