Go here for a mediocre steak you have to cook yourself. The second star is because the concept is at least unique. Everything here was dirty: menus, salt shakers, and bathrooms. The stone was definitely not 800 degrees and the steak took way longer than the advertised "25 seconds" to cook to medium rare.

This is my first time at this restaurant and it was the most disorganized place I have ever been in. We were a party of 17 celebrating a birthday. There was only one waitress (Marcy) who did the best she could to service us and other tables. We were here for almost 3 hours without food. The food was coming out a couple entrees at a time every 30 to 45 minutes. Orders were not correct. It took over 30 minutes to get salad dressing. There was no refills on the drinks old plates were not removed from the table. One of us had to go and get a cup of water. Ordered shots from the bar that took an hour to get to us. Asked to speak to a manager (Scot) and told him the issues we were having and his response was I did not know. At that time the last of the food came out finally 3 hours later. He did not show any remorse or explanation. He did not even apologize or figured out what the issue or problem was. Asked the manager (Scot) to bring our checks and he still did not. We are still waiting on our checks going on 30 minutes. From what I am seeing is that he is still refusing to help (Marcy). I am in management and the lack of helping your employee is a reflection of this company and location. This is by far the worse service and customer service that I have experienced at any restaurant.

The service was the worst I ever experience it took us 45 mins just to get a drink after I ask twice can we get some service the waitress was rude I will never dine their again but I will say the food wnt the best but it was okay
