Cowboy builders. Speed is their name and finishing off the job is far from their game. Pushing out the builds to make up for stamp duty holiday and don't finish the original jobs. They'll leave buildings unfinished and will cut corners.

OMG completely agree with the other bad reviews! They did the same things to me and my husband! In addition to promising solar panels and not giving them to us on completion, they also said theyd include a wine cooler and luxury vanity mirrors in the restrooms but didnt deliver. We got same attitude from them (Rowan and Andy) - they said it was not their problem and could do what they wanted as developers. They sell you this we are the good guys story, and encourage you to trust them, and then fail to follow through what they promised. Rowan blames Andy, Andy blames Rowan! We made the mistake of trusting them, and didnt ensure everything was put in the contract (because they really went to town on the trust us story), and they took our money and never to be seen again! Proceed with extreme caution.

I wasnt gunna put a review till Jenn told me that Featherstone is claimin that she didnt buy a flat em! It aint true - I live next door to her in one of their flats that me and the hubby bought! Our issues with em aint been as bad as Jennz but Rowen and Andy aint been good to deal with - they hve been cheap and nasty to deal with. They aint even tried to fix our snags - told us to claim on warranty instead. The bad reviewz below are pretty spot on with how we seen em treat otherz in our decelopement to. Aint saying dont buy from em, just keep ur eyez open and witz about you if you do!
