Worst experience ever. Cars are underpriced on purpose to get people in the door. When asking to pay in cash up front they stated they do not do cash and that we would have to finance as the bank owned the cars outright not them. After seeing how high the financing fee was they added on GAP and other additional protections we did not ask for. We said no we do not want that and they said we have to sell the car like that. When asked about purchasing the car outright the manager said he would have to charge us 2500 above and beyond the listed price as the bank owns it. It is a bait and switch operation concerning money. They openly say they will get back money from the bank for making sure the customer finances the car. They also made us wait an hour while they ran our credit knowing we did not want to finance.
I found this dealership on truecar with the price set in the low 25thousands. I called the dealership to see if that was the set price the dealer Quincy told me the price online is that for customers who come with cash. Which I came with my own check. When I got there after test driving the vehicle and running the numbers the car with taxes and fees came up to 10thousand more than what was stated. I also had texts messages from the dealership saying I was qualified for the sale that was going on and he tells me those prices are to lure the ppl in other dealerships are doing it truecar was wrong..but he was the one who told me that the price was the price if I came cash and tried to make it seem as if it was a misunderstanding on my part because I didnt consider 10k extra smh opposed to apologizing for his mistakes and actions this was a complete waste of time and the money it took to get up there smh had the nerve to say he is for our ppl so much for that apologize can go a long way and so does honor
Soon as me and my husband walked through the door we was treated like family. The people here are good people and dont aimed to sale you a car but helping you get into a car. My brother Quincy and my other brother Geno at the dealership was very ez to deal with and they have a clean and pleasant establishment. Im happy we met these people here. Looking to buy my next car from them again. We family now.
Buyer beware !!! I was told by one salesperson about the buy here or finance program that were offered !! When at the location I was told there is no such thing, only finance and cash buys. After advising them I was pre-approved via another bank I was told I don't qualify. My pre approval was for double the value of the car they didn't want to sell me. Not only was that wrong also hearing another customer seeking their money in return from a bad purchase was disturbing!! DO NOT GIVE ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS YOUR BUSINESS!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS LOOKING TO SWINDLE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION !!
