I received a recommendation from my parents because they used this company for their company shirts, hats and more. They have a charming and welcoming staff and I had my signs for my business printed and the quality and work was great. I love my business signs. However, the communication wasnt the best, we were able to go thru the estimate and sale over the course of a week. Then right after, I needed apparel for my business. Thats where things went very sour. I had called, emailed and received false promises of them sending the price/mock-up of the shirts, masks and hat. I only received a mock up of the shirts (which they only made when I specifically asked for masks, hats and shirts). It was a three week process until I cancelled my order. I wouldve normally went with a another company after a week of this but they came referred from my loving parents. But no more, and now Im irritated. After I left a voicemail to cancel, I received a email less than 15 minutes by Heather ( who created most of the miscommunication and forgetting to do this or that issues) and stated the tshirts were made and sent a pic of the T-shirts ready in a box. I did not purchase the T-shirts due to the dissatisfaction and I have the order done and ready in less than 2 days by another company. Please beware that they do great work but its a pain in the a** to communicate with them
These people are GREAT! Every time I have a print job, they provide a cheaper quote than any other printing place. The staff is friendly, super helpful and quick! I live in Franklin and will drive an hour out of my way to Hendersonville just to use them. 10/10 would recommend :)
