Scheduled date and time to look at a vehicle. Traveled 3 hours and no one was at their dealership, UNIVERSITY MOTORS in South Bend Indiana, and no one was there. Called the phone number provided from Google and the owner said he thought his son was meeting us but he could be there in 30 min. I waited. He arrived IN THE CAR I was there to purchase. Photos did not show the amount of rust and cosmetic flaws that it had. Checked dipstick and car had no oil. Owner was unaware and had been driving it for who knows how long without an adequate amount of oil. Car smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Odometer did not read as the ad stated either. Owner was unprofessional and answered a phone call while I was speaking to him. Multiple cars on the lot with tons of damage.

Excellent experience with this company after purchasing a vehicle and having issues with it we brought the vehicle back two days later and for our troubles the owner of the company gave us his personal Vehicle to purchase which was a Lexus unbelievable customer service at this place
