So I just wanted to drop in and let them see my hair so I could get an estimate on services and prices, When I entered the motion detector alerts that someone opened the front door, no one was at the desk so I waited and waited and waited. No one came out so I left. I'm big on customer service and that was not a good first impression

They don't answer phone calls....I understand busy and maybe they don't need new clients..thats fine but return phones call and say sorry we not accepting new clients.
