Hi Michael. I took a minute to review our customer records and I noticed you haven't bought a motorcycle from our Vandervest store. You did purchase your motorcycle from the Peshtigo location back in what looks like 2007. From what I understand you did have issues years after you purchased your bike and unfortunately the warranty had expired. With the amount of years that have gone by and considering the Peshtigo store has not been in operation for many years, I'm not sure how we can help you with this situation. The worst purchase (Road King Custom) (1st Harley owned) I ever had in my life. Nothing but one problem after another especially the cam chain tensioner, which they never fix right to begin with I wouldnt let this dealership fix my mountain bike if my life depended on it Paid $30,000+ for the P.O.S. and finally blew apart. Sold for $2300 project bike STEER CLEAR of this dealership you be glad you did and not go through the nightmare I had. Minus a hundred stars if possible... Dear Vandervest, Give me My Money Back!!!! It's as Simple As That.....
