Good experience until my car kept breaking down it has been undrivable for 26 days and counting out of the 40 days I have had it, it has been in the shop numerous times for multiple issues including a engine replacement 4 days after getting it back the transmission went I have had no way to get back and forth to work or take my kids where they need to go best buy does not care about what I have delt with through this process I have broke down and been stranded 3 times. I would not recommend to anyone because if there is a problem they don't treat u right yes they will fix it but I still have no vehicle and no way to get around but they have my trade in that drove just fine and my money this is not what I thought I was going to be getting i wanted to upgrade my car and feel secure in a newer vehicle I don't know how I drive in my car and put a down payment and have to struggle to get to work make doctors appointments cancel my vacation and they act like it's not there problem when they sold me a vehicle with a ticking in the engine told me it was normal for that kind if engine I took it to a different repair shop and was advised to return the vehicle it has a bad engine only then did they agree after telling me it was fine to replace the engine which they did I had it back for 4 days and starting having transmission issues I brought it back right before I left for vacation they tell me they fixed it and sent me on my way even wished me a good vacation I made it an hour on the thruway the next day when it broke down for the 3rd time and my vacation was canceled but I'm crazy for wanting a refund
This is the second time I have bought a car with Allan. He is always 100% respectful and honest. He helps to answer all my questions and even after the purchase was made he still is right there to help me with questions and or concerns. With service like this I will differently tell friends and family to come here and ask for Allan.

I'm sorry you are having an issue with your alternator and starter both which are items that would have been covered with the extended warranty that was offered at the time of purchase . Did your vehicle have an issue with in the first month of having it yes. But we also stood behind the jeep and fixed it with 0 cost to you, being inconvenienced for a short time while our service department resolved the issue is what it cost you. I'm sorry you feel the need for a 1 star review for this situation when in fact we did what any reputable business should do. I promise a 1 star dealer would have told you sorry for your luck after the first issue.

I purchased a truck in June or July 2021. The day i drove it off the lot, the car was showing that it was overheating. It ended up only being a sensor problem that i had to bring back and forth one hour away every week because it wasnt actually fixed for months and they couldnt figure out what it was. Not even a week after buying it, they had to replace the engine because it blew. Small issues like a broken gas cap and sensors were also and issue and the cause of back and forth between Rochester and the dealership. Now here I am, not even a year later (probably been about 7 months), and i have to replace a starter, alternator and possibly the battery. I have had the worst experience purchasing my car from them. And it makes it even worse because I wanted this truck for year and finally found it and was sold a beautiful chuck of terrible metal. If you do buy from here, be sure to know a lot about cars and dont rush into it!! Get everything checked out and do your research on who you are buying from. Update: my engine is knocking and theres a leak
