Bought a truck that started breaking down immediately off the lot. Busted a couple tires before I even made it home. Had it maybe two or three months now and I've had to put over $16,000 into it to make it run. I had to take it straight from the dealer to multiple shops and couldn't even drive it myself for weeks. The head gasket was completely blown ($8,000 repair), two bad turbos ($6,000 repair), plus a list of other little things that had to be replaced because it just didn't work. Can't say I'm too happy with these guys that sold me a complete piece of junk that they probably bought off a lot at auction for $2,000. They're either completely incompetent to have sold it to me saying it was in working condition, or they are out right scammers.

Dustin, we try to be as transparent as possible. We often do a brief up front interview with customers before doing a hard pull on credit, especially on vehicles that are a little more difficult to obtain financing on. As I remember our conversation, I offered to help you get into a less expensive vehicle on your own, or try for the $21,888 truck with a cosigner. I am sure that we could get you into a vehicle, but sometimes you have to walk before you can run when it comes to obtaining credit. As I mentioned on the phone, we have almost 200 vehicles on our lot. We could definitely get you into transportation. Nathan put us in the perfect car! He is personable, knowledgeable and informative! Everyone here was very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our car buying experience was great! The icing on the cake was as we were leaving, the owner came and thanked us personally and said if we need anything at all to call him! Thanks to everyone who helped us!

Unfortunately there is a supply issue on parts and a vehicle shortage. Your husband was very aggressive and nearly physical with the owner upon 1st contact. The dealer paid over $7000 for an engine repair. Dealer asked to drive vehicle for 100 miles to verify repair was completed properly. Customer became irate and declined. Dealer stood behind vehicle and completed repairs. We can not control supply issues. We are very sorry that we all have to currently deal with these issues. We are trying to have a good attitude and work through all of the worldly problems that we can not control.

Bought a truck from them. They had for 6 months to fix. Ask for my old truck back they said no, asked for loaner they said they were all out. Told me they had 20 other vehicles to fix, when I talked to them. Told my husband to get off the lot. When truck was fixed , they made me sign a paper that they are not responsible. The owner would not talk to me after the fist phone call. During this call he insulted me more than once. Would not recommend anything from them.
