Beware, bait and switch firm. Will talk a good game then your counsel will be first year rookie that will wreck your case!! I had to negotiate on my own to save my future with my child. Paid $7000 for emails to correct their mistakes. Then after we closed everything they send another bill. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional!!Please look elsewhere as this is one of the most important fights of your life!

If I could give this company a negative review I would. They absolutely do NOT do their jobs, and in fact have been reported to the BBB. The owner needs to shut this business down because honestly representing yourself is more guaranteed than any promise they make. They will also continue to bill you without your permission and bill you for stuff you didn't even speak about. Please find another company to represent you...because you won't get the security, safety, and reassurances you need.

Going through a divorce is one of the most painful experiences in my life. When I reached out to Claery & Hammond, I was treated with such care, consideration and professionalism. Joshua Fabian and his team were sensitive to what I was going through and I definitely felt like a person and not a case number. This firm was a nightmare and I should have gone with my gut and asked for my retainer back as soon as the bait and switch shuffle began. Failed to get my attorney fees paid by my ex (I've been a SAHM), failed to file paperwork with the court on time and failed to file final declarations of disclosure even after I asked about it prior to trial, trial ended up in a mistrial due to the incompetence. Lance Claery is a smooth talker and probably a good attorney, but good luck getting him on the phone or to return an email. He's like a used car salesman who closes up shop as soon as you drive away. This firm cost me greatly and did more harm in my case than good. You'll walk away with more questions than answers. Don't waste your time.
