This was my first time in this store but it was bigger than I thought it was and very well kept. The lady at the register was very polite and very helpful and they have a lot of great clothes and accessories.
I ordered a birthday present and was told online and during the checkout process that my order would be shipped in 2-6 business days. That was October 23rd. Its November 3rd, still no package. I even got an email saying it would be out the door in 2-6 business days! After almost two weeks of no contact and no shipping information I decided to call. Customer service transferred me to shipping manager Sally who said I was lying about my email and asked it to be forwarded to her email, which I did. Then I asked if they could refund the shipping as I was lied too and she responded youre more than welcome to cancel your order and purchase these items from somewhere else. I let her know calling was a waste of my time and that I would not be ordering from them again. Horrible customer service coming from someone who was kind about the situation and simply asked for a refund on shipping I paid for that was not kept up on their end of the deal. Sally should not be allowed to work with the public as she clearly has a problem with being proven wrong and doesnt want to help her customers.
