UPDATE: I really wanted this place to be great so my wife and I went again the next day since we were in the area. One of the items we received was cold - we let the server know and she pretty much scolded us saying it wasnt possible to be received cold. We were shocked! Manager step in a few moments later and did everything he could to correct it. Very nice man; at that point we just decided to leave. The manager removed our charge; we didnt ask for that but he was very kind and did it anyway. So sorry it didnt work out. Great concept and environment though. Environment was excellent. Seemed to be a very efficient ordering process. I attempted to order the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I asked if the egg could be egg whites. The manager said the are not allowed to do egg whites?????????? The employee taking my order said I should complain because it was a matter of them not wanting to do it rather than being allowed. I was disappointed because I could get the item I wanted and had to order something else that wasnt as good as it could had been

First time we had this place it was super delicious. Now its just ehh plus all the workers seemed like they didnt really care didnt seem to have a personal standards saw one lady go in after smoking a cig didnt even wash her hands and starting touching stuff, another had his hat on side was and pants sagging. Biscuits werent fluffy as the first time seemed hard on the sides just definitely wasnt like the first time experience which had been almost a year since we last tried this place would definitely recommend the hot biscuit off of main instead. Better vibes/staff/over all cleansleness
