I took a jacket in to have patches sewn on and a name embroidered. I wasn't Happy with the result! But they fixed it, and in a timely manner too!

Hello Tone, I am sorry if you felt you received poor service. I feel like there was some misunderstanding of what we can provide versus what you were expecting. We pride ourselves on keeping on track with our production and what orders come in first, so they will be delivered first to meet all of our client's due dates. When we are given a new company's logo, we have to put that into our system and get approval before we can finalize the product. When an approval is delayed, it does prolong the order to be finished. I know you were expecting a same day service for embroidery and printing and that is something we can not do with the mass amounts of orders we have in place. We made sure to explain this to your prior to your order. Also when we issue refunds we can only refund for work that was not completed. So you were refunded for the polos you did not get but we can not authorize a refund for the logo being digitized, as that was 20 hours of work completed and your logo was approved prior to you requesting the refund. Started off great but, ended up with and awful customer service. I made an order from logo to shirts. I was told it will take the end of two weeks. came in a day after two weeks and was told it would be done by the end of tomorrow. No call or email after that day. Called the next day after tomorrow about my order, after 30 mins and no call back i ended up driving to advertising ideas location off of San Juan Blvd. When i arrived Employees ran around and lost my paper work and receipt waiting around even longer. I have dealt with someone i believed named "Joneal , Joenel" who i hardly deal with when Devin was not there. Jonell told me that " it has NOT been 4 weeks and it has been 2 weeks ". Now its been 3 weeks idk where she got 4 weeks. Her other excuse was that it is a "Brand New Logo and that is has to be set up in the computer and DIGITIZING is difficult and someone has to plot a coarse for the needle STITCH by STITCH which is a time consuming process." I told her my situation about canceling photographers twice and spent money in auto details washes for pictures" based off your word. I asked for my money back and no empathy or "sorry we wasted your time" was giving. Basically I was wrong and she was right type of deal. I am not sure if i said the wrong thing or acting out of line to receive such bad service. I will not be doing business here again for any future costumers if you don't like your product or their service .... your will not get your full refund ... I repeat you will Not GET YOU FULL REFUND BACK.
