Very poor performance making money on students who cannot travel for projects paid for due to covid 19 and company will not refund money - please avoid. Been in communication with you since June 2020, unfortunately as a company you dont like bad reviews, but this is totally true and unethical, been in communication for over 6 months with Omar. Very easy for you to say you that you have not got a booking. Simple really if you treated people in an ethical way reviews like this would not be made, as a company you rely on customers, without customers you have no business. I am in the process of deciding. If I should communicate with all universities on your website informing them on the way you treated me as a student during this difficult period of the world wide pandemic, in the hope that nobody else will be out of pocket for nearly 2000.00 . UPDATE 19TH MARCH 2021 - No problem - already have done and your correct department the Director OMAR thinks its ok to benefit from COVID 19. PLEASE PEOPLE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BOOKING ANYTHING, AS THESES PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE EFFECTS OF LOSING OUT ON NEARLY 2000 DOES TO A PERSON WHO IS IN FINANCIAL DIFFICULTY TRYING TO STUDY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE HEALTH SYSTEM IN THIS COUNTRY.

Terrible customer service from head office from a so called manager, because he didn't want to deal with me he put the phone down on me - shocking and most disgusting customer service i have EVER experienced in my whole life, i have worked in customer services in a management role for over 20 years and this left me speechless, companies I've worked for would have sacked you for the kind of service i was given today.Tried twisting my words to make out i had said something i hadn't , reminded him to listen back to the call that was no doubt recorded, basically been ripped off as they are refusing to pay back my 2340 for a trip they have suspended in the hopes the fco reverse the advice they gave against all but essential travel, wtw maintaining the trip isnt cancelled unless i cancel it and then they will keep my 300 deposit and charge cancellation fees so end up losing 1320, over half my money, option to book something else but not really an option as far as I'm concerned, do they really expect me to book anything with them after the treatment i have received ,events beyond our control force me to this situation and all wtw care about is their bank balance not the uni students such as my daughter and the parents they are robbing of hard earned cash - THIEVING ROBBING COMPANY STEER WELL CLEAR !! they will be hearing from my solicitor, only gave 1 star because i had to !

Kandy was honestly one of the most amazing experiences of my life! The hospitals here were both so good, and I'd definitely recommend the children's hospital in Peradeniya in terms of getting to do more hands on physiotherapy. The travelling opportunities here were also incredible, definitely make time to go to the beaches at Galle or Trincomalee for some relaxation at the weekends, and Ella if you want beautiful waterfalls and breathtaking views. Highly recommend this experience!

Appalling treatment of customers. When times get rough Work the World drops all responsibility refusing to refund students and communicate with them appropriately through cancelled placements. Avoid for electives.
