We worked with you back in 2020 on the creation of an eBay store so it's very strange to get this message First of all we're unsure why you would leave a review over 24 months later. Second - we didn't build a single backlink for you so we're unsure what this is in reference to to be honest? If you could contact us directly we'd love to help you - but bar that this feels like an unfair attack on our business You actually never responded to the emails Melanie and our founder sent in regards to getting listings live and then that was it.. Overpromising , underdelivering. spent 2000 usd for something that could have done on Fiverr for 20 usd. Owner reached out if something else could be done, but didn't bother anymore to lose more time on fake promises. stay away.

Hi Johnny, thanks for picking Pearl Lemon in the first place and deciding to work with us and I’m sorry it didn’t work out. Definitely got off to a bad start and your frustration was well placed. And totally agreed there was alot of confusion across the course of the campaign which meant in the end no one left the campaign in a happy place :( Always sucks when that happens :( So we started with Gary and he definitely didn’t deliver. To that end we had Lydia come in and correct things. I think this is frustratingly where our opinions of what happened subsequently differ. We had evidence of the listings improving significantly, your positive feedback was welcomed and we did a significant amount of additional work to make amends for what had happened. In the end (evidently), despite us continuing to work with you months after we signed our initial engagement (11th Dec 2021), more than 4-weeks after deciding our relationship had broken there was a decision made to leave a bad review. This came as a sad surprise to us given we openly discussed continuing together and discussed what the pricing per listings would be - and you were happily entertaining this. Misrepresentations such as ‘calling for days’ the ‘work we received being unusable’, and having a ‘broken Etsy shop’ is upsetting for us to read and isn’t our understanding of what happened in any shape or form. Especially given the positive feedback we received from you - and the seemingly breakdown coming when we didn’t agree on ongoing pricing to continue working together. But given we happily discussed this between us underlines how out of character this review is - as when someone is apparently as unhappy as you are - it’s strange that we have evidence of exchanges demonstrating your consideration to continue working with us. Also making personal attacks in regards to members of our team on a Google review, given improvements made during the course of the campaign which were acknowledged again seems to not be a reflection of what’s happened. Overall, given the 3 additional months we spent working together, the changing of personnel to support your campaign, additional people getting involved to include our founder and the huge efforts made to get your company to a place of happiness - well it’s hurtful then read reviews such as this. Regardless - we’re sorry again it didn’t work out and we’ll do all we can to learn from this - and we’re sorry again Jonny :(

I hate to leave bad reviews but I feel it's my responsibility to do so in this case. I came across Pearl Lemon when I was looking for Etsy SEO specialists. PL have a good website with a very easy access and clear steps how to book an initial phone call to learn more about their services. On that phone call, their representative did their best job to make sure they secure us as a customer and it all sounded very promising. Then nothing happened for 2 months. We got assigned to one of the most unprofessional people I have ever done business with and all we heard from them was just excuses and 0 work. After two months of begging to receive what we paid for, they finally assigned one of their management staff to help with our account. Lydia is the only reason why my review is not less than two stars as otherwise I would give the whole experience -2 stars if that was possible. When Lydia took over our account, we realised that what we were promised, was not covered in what we paid for. In essence, the initial phone call was full of fake promises to get us to pay and then they denied that we paid for those services. I had to dig the old emails and send them as evidence that that's what promised and only then Lydia decided to go ahead and fulfil those services. In the meantime, their sales team kept calling us during those two months to leave them 5 star reviews and good testimonials as well as to pay more money for their subscription programme. The work we received from Lydia, is below average which is to be expected when someone does 2 months' work in one night. The work we received is unusable and it had the exact opposite effect of helping our performance on Etsy. Now I am dealing with a broken Etsy shop and rebuilding our listings one by one. To top it all off, Deepak, their CEO kept calling for days to convince us to pay more money after all that. Not only he had the audacity to ask that but he also quoted new prices, 3x times more expensive than the original prices due to "higher costs" for their team. I would avoid that company at all costs. Don't trust the ambulance of good reviews either as they are filtering out the bad reviews anyway.
