Very unhappy. Went in last week and got a haircut that I ended up hatting. Came back and told them. They were willing to give me a recut but charged me for this one as well. I paid twice to get the haircut I wanted the first time. Would not go back.
I just got my haircut and highlighted here recently and my stylist was Reylene she did an amazing job, I just showed her a few pictures of what I wanted done and she completely rocked it!!! I also love the vibe of the shop itself and the ladies were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would most definitely recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back in the future!!!

Wouldnt recommend this place. I had an apt for a haircut at noon but they made we wait for 35 minutes, after which I just walked out. I guess they dont understand the value of time. Horrible customer service!
