Terrible. They keep wanting paperwork signed all the time. We sign it, fax it to them, they lose it. We fax again. They lose it. We drop it off in person, they lose it again. We fax it again, they lose it again. Always wanting more & more paperwork signed. It's obvious they don't trust us with all the LEGALITIES of their paperwork, but then how can we trust them when they keep losing the paperwork? It's ridiculous how often we've had to sign paperwork & spend time with them.

Called for information about speech you all only do patients their With my son being high risk I cant do that.. Lady was rude when I asked about this.. Wish people come to home help.

Connections Therapy Center is great! We go to the Blackfoot location. I love the atmosphere there - very friendly, caring, and well organized. We love our speech therapist and have seen much progress because of her skill and consistency. I highly recommend Connections Therapy Centers.

We know healthcare is expensive. Our billing is contracted through a local hospital and that team negotiates our agreements with all insurance companies. Contractual allowances are then made which determine the actual reimbursement. Because not every family has insurance, we offer a cash payment option so children who dont have insurance can still get help.

Medical for-profit greed at its finest! They bill insurance $228 for 30 minute speech therapy classes. After a month of classes we canceled, it was then we were informed you can pay the cash price of $75 a class. My question for Connections ownership: Why is a 30 minute child speech class billed to insurance for $228 when you can pay $75 cash? This is the reason why the American medical insurance system is so inflated and screwed up. Ever wonder why your health insurance premiums are so high?? They bill insurance for 3 times the cash price!
