In this case, you were provided with and approved a detailed map showing the areas your mail pieces would be delivered to before the job was started. After you approved the mailing, our company paid for your mailing list, printing, mailing services and postage. It was at this point you decided you were not satisfied with the mail area you had previously approved and had AmEx refund your purchase. I paid Joe at Evergreen for a postcard mail-out and he mistakenly delivered half the order to the wrong neighborhood. Joe then told me if I wanted to send them to the correct neighborhood, that I could pay for the postcards to be printed out again and pay for the mailing again. I cancelled the order and had Amex refund the whole thing. Bad service, bad follow up.
Great company and fantastic work! They never leave me disappointed.
