Had a gift voucher to use. Had a end date of the summer this year. Called today to use it thinking it would happily be accepted due to two lockdowns we have had this year. Gutted that it isnt accepted. I was told it was discussed on their social media, Im a bloke who got this a gift so dont follow on social media. I was due to come in and buy something for my wife at Christmas, no chance now! Taken our money with nothing thing to show for it! Avoid at all costs!

Oh my gosh Nicole, I can't apologise enough for how this was handled, it really is unforgivable and definitely not our way, our policy is to always follow up on any complaints and put right straight away, Unfortunately back in May we had a spate of staff changes and i can only imagine that your complaint fell thru the net. which is totally unacceptable. I have been twice for the same treatment, LVL Lashes. The first time was great and worked really well. I went again in May 2017 for the same treatment and it didn't work well at all, they were messy and not curled. I do think it felt more rushed than the first time. I called a few hours after having LVL done to say I didn't feel it worked as well as the previous time and agreed for me to come in to show them. The manger was leaving as I arrived (although I know she saw me and she knew I was returning) and although they were nice about it, said she needed the manager to speak to me. I gave my number and they never called me. I called in myself and left another message. I was disappointed that quite a small salon would not return a call when I spent my money there. Disappointing really so I wouldn't go back for this reason of poor customer service.
