Here at A1 Septic we take customer service very serious. Having been in business since 1957 we take great pride in doing the job right the first time. When the customer called to order the pump out he ask for a discount if he would dig it up and bury the tank after the pump out. When the driver completed the pump out he left as instructed because the customer was giving a discount because he wanted to dig up and bury it.

Came and pumped. Mistaking by leaving the lid available. Would not cover it back up, said it was damaged. Same lid they covered the last time they where here. Makes no since. You tell me?

Driver was very unprofessional, rude when I confronted him about driving into my landlord's property mailbox destroying the post,grass,mailbox and blaming it on the truck and said not his fault. I confronted business about their driver,was met with unprofessional attitudes from secretary,boss,so was my husband! I told the boss it was very unprofessional and he said i made no sense rudely,raised his voice and hung up. It's 100% drivers responsibility to drive safely,properly and not make excuses to damaging someone's property.

Very trustworthy company due to their quick response, professionalism and systems they have in place. Tom came over, quoted us, and the next morning they got to work. Tom explains everything very clearly by drawing out the plan, and gives upfront pricing. Drawing something shows they really understand their line of work. We had something come up, which is not their fault, and they repaired the work on the house with very little delay as they came the next business day.

Hired A1 Septic last week to come out and check my septic as we were having some gurgling sounds when flushing the toilet. Alexander came out and said he thought the issue was the main line needed replacing. Asked for prepayment ($1k plus charged $ 285.00 for pumping the septic for all of 5 mins) for replacement of approximately 12 of main pine from cast iron to pvc. The next day a different employee returned he almost immediately realized that the main line may run under our carport, he also acknowledged that a portion had been replaced previously as there was a juncture. He replaced about 5 and left without so much as a good bye or l am done or anything. We immediately notice the issue was not resolved. Called 3 times and each time advised that we would be called back. That was Saturday.... it is now Tuesday...
