Renewal process was horrible they are charging me 10 extra per month for filters that they say are being sent to me via mail but I have never received not 1 all last summer we had a safety hazard in our back yard because of a falling gutter they took 2 1/2 months to come out to even look at it Ive never been more disappointed with this company my experience with the employees Mary Kay and even David or as he referred to him self asbeing the sole owner of the company hes really a cocky guy and is very rude and unpleasant and unprofessional when I kept calling abt this issue I was told why are you calling my home phone this early? You can tell hes stuck up and intitled he has no compassion he didnt even want to assisted me on walking me thru the app to fix the issue. I called because ur open and ur assistant sent me to this line. I will not be renewing in the future as this is one of the worst experiences Ive ever gone thru with a company Im giving thousands of dollars to each month and never been late not once I called in because after I renewed my lease I had always been set up with auto renewal but with the raise in rent there saying I was supposed to go in and cancel the old amount in the online portal and start a new auto renewal program but how would I know this and I literally called every day for a week regarding this issue and was told it was my fault even tho they would not return my calls and left a ton of messages and they wouldnt wave the 75 dollar late fee I thought this was so cruel was especially with Covid-19? If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!

Ive been in my house just over a year the staff is very professional and gets things done when it comes to maintenance and any matter I might have personal or when it comes to my home my fav ppl r David whom is owner and Mrs Diane
ES Property Management Company is nothing but a slum-lord. The house next door to me was recently rented and ES Property Management is the company that is responsible for making sure the new tenets are complying with all rules and guidelines. The new tenets have a large dog and they allow this dog to run free without a leash. The dog is constantly crapping in my yard daily. I have a special needs grandson and on several occasions the dog has scared my grandson. The first time I called and complained someone did return my call and I was told this issue would be addressed and nothing was ever done. I've called several times this week and I've left four messages and no one has returned my calls. Something has to be done about this issue.
