I really was excited to try this place. However they cancelled on me about an hour before my appt. The way the situation was handled was pretty terrible. They basically implied that I didn't know how to book using their online website (which is vagaro and I have used many times before successfully). I booked on Friday for 10am through the online portal. It stated that time was requested, but that someone had to confirm it - awesome no problem. A little later my appointment times was moved and confirmed for 12:45. Cool. Not a problem, I was able to move my day around. At 11:15ish, I get a call cancelling my appointment. I am still not sure what triggered the original cancellation, but once on the phone they basically stated that I had booked it without a cut (which maybe is true, but how would they know I didn't just want a color). If there were any concerns about what was needed, why didn't anyone call or email me on Friday? I really needed to get my hair done this weekend because my Dr has recommended I avoid the chemicals starting next weekend. They cancelled on me so late I wasn't able to find anyone else. Now I will have to either go after work (which won't work probably because of the time needed), go without and leave my hair the way it is, or get it done outside of when I was hoping due to Dr. recommendations. I really wanted to try the place but the cancellation and the subsequent handling of it has made me very wary of scheduling an appointment.

Today I have my second hair coloring appointment with Senida, she's amazing! Originally I went to her with a botched hair cut. She not only made my haircut look stylish but she also helped me save my length! She's amazing at balayage!

The hair stylist didnt really do what I had asked and the appointment took way longer than normal. Then they pushed their Haircair products in a very fake comissiony way. I dont like that type of environment. I get some people do but if you dont like being swindled and hearing about California celebrities pick a different salon. Also for the services not worth the price.
