My hair is uneven. $50 too much for a trim. They call it expert styling. The pricing was posted. I just do not feel I got my money worth. Nothing against them, it was just not for me. Alicia Flores did my hair. I think she was too busy trying to make it look good for her followers on Facebook. She took a lot of one side sitting that one side was shorter, now it is the opposite. I will not be back. She also took pictures, which I found strange for something that was just a trim. They did call and offer to fix it, but I won't be back. I did read the salon's response to my review. They never discussed prices when I walked in or did a quality audit. I have no idea what they are talking about. It looked good when they curled it. I guess that is what they ment.
Good afternoon Jackie. Thank you , for your review. During your experience, we always use heat protection to the hair by applying leaving in thermal spray after shampoo/conditioner . Some stylist place clients under dryer to ensure roots are dry before styling . You can always - skip the hood dryer . Prior to your appointment - we had another client that took longer than expected. I apologize for your extended wait time, this is not our standard. If I can kindly schedule you another appointment . Be prepared for the extra heat from the dryer AND blow dryer -which is not good for natural hair. Steer clear of Darius bec he is not a concerned stylist. Also, be prepared for a long wait.

I had Michael Miller cut & style & dye my hair. He took his time. He was patient. Overall good customer service. When he was washing my hair I went to sleep lol. I love this salon & every one in it. Anyone who wants a fresh hair cut & style. I recommend Michael he will not disappoint!!!

I understand the service took longer then normal and you where not satisfied. I am really big on customer service, so I did make your mother aware of the situation, and salon Moraee did not charge your for ANY of your services. So I was supposed to get my hair done by another person at the salon but he took the day off so without contacting me and my mother first they had somebody do my hair who just got out of beauty school and it was her first day there. I was there for 4 hours and it looks terrible. They spendthalf the time taking pictures of me. They did do a good job with the steam treatment though. Overall I would not go here again, my hair dosent even look straight it looks blowdryed. shampoo
