I'm not sure what kind of business this is, booked an appointment, took off from work and waited an entire day for service. No one ever showed up or called. I called the next day and the receptionist apologized and promised to reschedule the appointment, that was five days ago. I have since called multiple times and the phone just rings until an answering machine comes on asking for you to leave your info. Absolutely amazed that someone would treat customers this way.
I had used this company for several years without an issue but the last time I made an appointment and they did not even show, nor call me to say they weren't able to come. I waited for hours on a day before going away when I had so many other things to do, only to have them not show up. When I called NUMEROUS times to inquire why, they did not return any of the phone calls. Yet, they do answer phone calls from others I've had call, so I know they are fine. Now my friends will also not use this company again because this company is Very unprofessional. They had no difficulty cashing my checks.
Ed did a fantastic job installing our new gas firpace the beginning of this year. My family loves it and they find it so easy to use. I come home from work to find my daughter studying on the couch with it on. It's so easy, quick and clean. They can't wait to use it again this fall. Thanks again for the fantastic job Ed.

I am not in the habit of writing scathing reviews but I am compelled in this case. I wouldnt want anyone to waste their valuable time dealing this company. I contacted Muraca Enterprises to service my gas fireplace. I like working with small local businesses. I understood that he had 30 years experience. Ed Muraca promptly returned my phone call and set up a service appointment. His service tech was prompt and serviced and cleaned my gas fireplace. I was advised that my gas fireplace needed to be replaced. No surprises. I was also told although my gas line was perfectly operative it presented with issues. My tech took pics and was advised Ed would contact me with price in the evening. I paid my $184 service call; not cheap for 1 hours job. Mr Muraca never contacted me. I waited over a week for a simple call. I finally called and it was not returned. I have no problem if this job was to advanced for Mr Muracas skill set but simple common courtesy a phone call or even text would have been appreciated. Please do not waste your time.
