This place DOES NOT ANSWER THIER PHONE AFTER A FEW RINGS SOMEONE ANSWERS AND HANGS UP. Also they DO NOT respond to Emails! Terrible customer service! I just need an update on my shipping order you guys have on hold. Do not use these guys for shipping! Its as if they are non existent you cant get in touch with anyone! Lousy lazy business smh

Apparently "LandMark" handed off my package to these folks and they handed it off to Aeropost (which may be the same company, for all I know) -- and they have outright lied about the delivery status to Amazon. "Delivery attempted" was their last update to Amazon, which is an absolute lie. I truly hope Amazon pulls these collection of carriers from any further deliveries to Costa Rica. DHL was horrible in years gone by, but they've at least figured it out and we know we'll at least get our package in a timely fashion when the carrier is DHL - who simply sends it in the local mail system and we always get our packages!!
