Steve was very nice and professional. My kitchen grout looks amazing! The only downside is that the spray or sealant that he used got on my new stainless steel downdraft oven at the bottom and it doesnt come off. Theres splatter all over it and it looks really bad. Ive called Modernistic Customer Care twice now and they keep telling me a manager is going to call me but no one has. Im really disappointed because I planned to have this service done somewhat regularly.

I had a paint spill on my carpet. I called Modernistic and they were able to come out that day. They even accommodated my schedule and came out after 4PM. Andrew did a great job, can't tell paint was dripped at all.

Their team was in and out in 40 minutes for a new move in clean and deodorize. The carpet smelled awful after they left, we cleaned it with a rented machine and you should see the videos I have of the disgustingness. They spritzed on some deodorant and sucked it back up and left. Living room, stairway, hallway, master bedroom and walk in closet. I paid 175$ for nothing, just to rent a machine again. Awful. Would never purchase carpet cleaning from them again.
