were sorry that your car is broke however you buy a used car AS IS you were offered a service plan and refused. We would have gladly offered to help fix it but you did not reach out to us. Please understand this is why we offer service plans in case things like this happen we can not predict the future and have no control if something breaks however we would have gladly offered to help.

I strongly recommend not coming here. I was helping my mom get a truck and it didnt make it home. They said it was just the keys and they would take care of it if we used their guy who took almost 2 weeks to come check it out and he immediately said it wasnt anything he could do. So then we took it to the dealership, who said we had to have the engine control module replaced, not a new key. So we paid the $1400 and then I called Derrick to see if we can bring it back, we hadnt driven it more than 15 miles. He said no thats not how they work. So cool, just be aware they sell junk cars and have no regard for a customers safety or satisfaction. Reading the other reviews I imagine they will post more to cover up all the negative customer reviews bringing down their average due to their poor business practices.

My wife and I are from bellingham and we were helped by jeb from the start looked like it was gonna suck 2 people waiting plus us and one guy in the office after about 2 mins in there jeb asked if i was brandon and tossed me the keys for a test drive. Jeb went above and beyond and fixed some things we did not like about the car. He actually took the time to make shure we were comfortable and we loved it before he sold it to us. Overall Jeb is the guy id go back for my 2nd and 3rd car.

My husband and I went to check a few cars out and ended up test driving one. We didnt realize until after we left the guy didnt give him his license back. We went back and he was snappy about it and said he lost it. Would give 0 stars if I could, now we have to pay for a replacement.
