My friend rented from this company for almost 3 years her upstairs plumbing was running down into the kitchen this company did nothing they are horrible people I personally witnessed her cleaning that house doing beyond above duty it clearly states in her contract not to clean the carpet she kept that carpet immaculate now they're telling her she can't have her deposit back back and she owes them money they stated she had mold all on her walls they wouldn't fix it they wouldn't fix anything she has several people's witnesses of how immaculate that house was when she left beware for this company do not rent from them they are horrible people thank you for

Rented a property on a year lease throughout the year i had written demages in duplex and reported from the beginning and never did they approach to fix the property, within time property was infested with roaches and when finally i asked into fixing i was disrespected by staff member CINDY, that was in time of leasing another year because of her mistreat to me i decided to sign vacate (i didn't owe nothing nor deserved to be treated in that way). Honestly, worst management ever! From a $962 deposit they returned $385 not even half of what i gave to rent garbaged place, i hate to leave this review but to help the community i have to stand on the truth that this people are thief$, Blessed life and Learned lessoned.

They are amazing! The staff is spectacular from Celeste, Shannon, Jason they get the job done! I moved from Fort Worth ,Tx to the Kansas City, MO area and was having trouble getting anyone to answer a phone to call me back from other management teams , by chance I saw one of their houses and talked to Celeste and got everything done in 2 days! These people where extremely welcoming and helpful! And even better when they say they will take care of an issue they do! Im extremely happy with the care this group takes of their homes and HIGHLY RECOMMEND This management team!!

Anjelica, The property you are speaking about is not off the market yet (however there is an application running) The home is not officially off the market until an application is approved. There was a situation being handled as you left a message as to why I had to pull the Rently box. If you still would like the view the property, we can check out a key for you to view. Take the properties off of Rently if they have been rented or otherwise. Nobody has the time to be driving to see a rental just to find that there is no lock box or key.
