Dare to dream youth ranch is an exciting facility catering to children. They have a heart for helping children and for allowing their animals to provide a needed service in the therapy for children suffering from just about any kind of issue. They give tours of the ranch rides on the horses and teach them about the animals and how the ranch operates.

I visited the ranch with my "little" at a Big Brothers Big Sisters event and I thought that the staff was volunteers did an outstanding job with the kids. There was a nice mix of "chores" where the girls learned a little about the responsibilities of taking care of horses and then some riding, of course! It was low key but fun and educational. The volunteer with whom we were paired (Jennie) was great with my "little" but also great for me to talk to. She was so full of love for the horses and for the mission of the ranch! A wonderful organization to support and enjoy.
