This is the second time I have called this location for information, and I received anything but. I previously had a bad experience with this location and decided against better judgement to try again. All I wanted was a quote for a repair (I already know what the problem is) the person would not even give an estimate without me spending $130 to diagnose the already known issue. This is the last time I will attempt to take my business here. Do yourself a favor and find another honest mechanic or a different Ford dealership. Next.

Took FOREVER for a oil change and tire rotation. No one in front of me and they worked on my truck for 2 1/2 hours.
